★Yoshimi's special~ the most delicious Tortilla★
We really look forward to tasting Yoshimi’s wonderful meal for a long time. Thus Lorina and Mr. Hsu just can’t stop being excited when we got the invitation. Because Yoshimi promised me that she would teach me how to make Tortilla in the “dumplings party” in our home, here comes the Fredrik & Yoshimi’s home party of Mexican style.
Unlike our tropics flaming apartment, Fredrik & Yoshimi’s flat is typical Northern Europe style, nice woody furniture, simple but elegant decorations.

Shall we start?
Part 1 ~ the chicken flavor
1.Fried the chicken & onion, red pepper
2.add the spicy mix & tomato paste and fried together
with the chicken
3.put the finished &a slice of cheese in the tortilla and
make a roll
4.put the roll into the baking tray and cover with the
sliced cheese
5.Then bake it for a few minutes & enjoy it
(it's not the detail)
Part2 ~ the beef flavor

After the wonderful dinner,there was a Liquor Festival.
We started from beer then red wind, white wine.
And then Yoshimi took the Super class~大吟釀Sake
& her favorite~宝山Shochu from their wine cellar.
How lucky we were!
Because of Fredrik & Yoshimi's hospitality,
we almost forgot it's time to go home.
Even the little boy, he also had a nice evening.
Although he was really tired and sleepy.
he still moved around and adventured everywhere.
Luckily we got the last bus back to Ryd.
Some one threw up next to the bus stop as the best ending^^

thanks for coming. we enjoyed dinner very much with you too! however, the mexican foods are kind of cheating(using the seasonings), anybody can make that!
Sometimes, knowing the "cheating" way is kind of profession and also a good friend of housewives. So, being a housewife, I love it. I have already tried today. Den är bra. Tack så mycket.
Anyway, the party is perfect. Food is delicious, wines and alcohols are wonderful, and atmosphere is excellent... We enjoyed very much. But we are worring what we can serve.....
We plan to buy a lot of super class wine when we're back to Taiwan. And that's what we'll serve.
